3. What is Aruj's return and exchange policy?

Our return and exchange policy is as follows:

1. We are sure you will completely be satisfied with your purchases.

2. Exchange will only be allowed in case the product received is Damaged/ Defective/Incorrect.

3. If the Item is Damage/ Defective/ Incorrect then you can simply email on arujjewels@gmail.com within 2 days, since the date you receive your products.

4. We will Respond in 24 hours to serve you the best from us.

5. Products tags must not be removed. Please note: If product tags are removed the items will be non-exchangeable.

6. All the purchases will be non-refundable except in the case when we have been unable to deliver the product within 30 days of placing the order.

7. We strictly do not accept returns.
